: This hotel is located in the city center and its value for money is excellent. You can walk in all main attractions of the city within some minutes. It has a 24/7 reception and this is very helpful
: We had no wifi access in our room. They told us that this is due to thick walls but I m sure they could find a solution for that issue.

: The location is central and the reception staff is friendly. Wifi is fine. The place is clean.
: The free parking nearby refers to the city parking, where it is both impossible to find a free spot and not so 'nearby'. It is a 15 min walk. The shower's hot water takes a while to start. The breakfast includes only sweet jams and is not suitable for people with diabetes or food sensitivities.

  : Great location
: The doors are thin and you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and guests entering hallway through the night

: The location is golden. Sourounded by stores and restaurants, 3 minutes walk to the bus terminal and 5 to any monument. The shower is small but hot! First I had a room with a view of the main street. It is nice to see people going by, yet people walk with luggages and noises all day and night. Thus I requested to change the room to quieter one. It made a huge difference. The stuff is kind and knowledgeable to support travel plans and help keeping luggages if needed as someone is always there.
: The breakfast is basic, and no free water.

: Some of the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel is in the heart of downtown, so walking distance to everything. It is simple and fairly clean and about right for what you pay.
: The evening staff at the front desk was rude. The hotel does not clarify that it is in a traffic restricted zone, and that you will get automatically fined if you cross into the zone while trying to get to the hotel. You need a special temporary permit to drop off suitcases and you need to enter from one entrance only and be out within 30 mins. The ‘free’ parking is actually a city free parking lot that may be full during busy season, and it’s a 12 minute/800 m walk to the hotel from there (not the five minute 400 meter walk the hotel staff suggested). When I expressed my frustration to the front desk, the gentleman working there proceeded to tell me off... my GPS was lying about how far the parking is, I should have known better than to enter the restricted zone with my car, I should be paying more attention to signage. The room itself was bare, some signs of water damage and a little run down. Towels were clean but did not smell fresh. Breakfast was not great. They have a coffee machine that makes terrible coffee, bread, sweets, cereal, but nothing fresh. Although, given what we paid, it is to be expected.
